It is certainly a reason of pride to have been in a business for over fifty years and we think of the past with satisfaction for the progressive growth and continuos development which has taken place.

Carpenteria Meccanica Almici SpA founded in 1958 covers a surface of 24.000 m2 , 11.000 m2 of which covered. It is oraganised and equipped in order to meet the customers' request promptly, offering rational and functional solutions.

Deeply-rootend in Valle Sabbia, an area of Northern Italy between Brescia and Lake Garda, for centuries linked to ironwork, the company began its own activity and at the same time contributed to the birth and development of the first steel industries with electric furnaces in the area.

Year of work, marked by continuous investments, have created experience and constant growth.

This, together with a company policy of production choices inspired by technological innovation as a central feature for competitiveness and development, have permitted our company to play a mayor role on national and international markets.

But even today with years of experience behind us, we look towards the future convinced that every time we achieve our goal, it must be overtaken by another, therefore contributing to our and our customer' success.

MANUFACTURING
The production structure is organized in such a way so as to follow the product in all the processing phases but at the same time maintaining an accentuated degree of operational flexibility.

Modern machines controlled by cad-cam technology dedicated to working raw materials; expert manpower to assembly structures and components, and a welding department with qualified welders guarantee a perfect and extremely reliable finished product.

A vast range of tooling machines, some of which can be distinguished by their dimensions
and high performance, are used to manufacture all of the machine and plant components produced by our company. One specific department carries out the designing, equipment wiring and the fitting out of the electrical onboard machine electric systems,
which are pre-assembled inside the our factory so that dimensional and functional tests
may be carried out.

QUALITY CONTROLS

of the material used and above all the constant monitoring of the various stages of manufacture.
